4 Beauty and the Beast
5 Pocahontas
6 Bambi (though quite sad)
7 Aladdin

12 Jungle Book
13 Lion King
14 The Hunch Back of Notre Dame
15 The Rescuers
Okay I know that this is more than ten but I love Disney, these are just the ones I could think of right now

*** Just a little extra note Go to Google and search "Disney's Up movie trailer" I am so looking forward to seeing this movie

Is anybody out there?

I am very disappointed with the world. I put a fabulous question up to entice readers to stop at my blog, but the only people who have voted are me and well me. Maybe I need something else to draw in potential readers, like a free puppy with every comment. Or maybe something more practical. I'm not quite sure what will work. I'll need something that will make people want to read and something that I can actually make happen. I'll have to think about it and come back to it later.

On a happier note, I saw a miracle in Disney form last night. It is called Kung Fu Panda and it is awesome. Maybe not as good as the classics but for some of Disney's newer stuff its pretty good. The plot is original and humorous and the characters are memorable. I'm not trying to push it on you or anything but I definitely think its worth renting, even buying.

Well if anyone is out there in cyber space and is bothering to read this,
XOXOXO

Burning Question #2

Who is your favorite super hero?

I'm going to have to say that mine is Batman. He is rich, famous, and he manages to be a super hero with out the help of super powers. He uses resources to fight his way out of trouble.

Do you disagree? Leave me your opinion. Or you can vote at the top of the page.
Finished Pay It Forward, loved the ending. It's the kind of ending that stays with you a long time after you read it. I knew how it was going to end yet I  still felt sooo sad when the end finally came. But in a way it also gave me hope how all of those people said that they would pay it forward in Trevor's memory. Quick read, deep message.

I am a little disapointed with the lack of response to any of my questions for my readers. I knew when I started this blog that people wouldn't be fighting each other off just to read it. But there has been nothing to show that human life has been to this blog site. I might as well be talking to myself. I am going to try and remain positive and believe that someone is bothering to read my work.

sooooo IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER ONE OF MY BURNING QUESTIONS! thank you

XOXOXOXOXO (I'm giving lots of extra love today as an incentive to comment)

Must Know ASAP

What is the best movie you have seen this year? My votes are in for the Dark Knight and Twilight (those are also the only movies I saw in theaters this year)

How about the best movie of all time? This one is a litte bit tougher. Think about it and let me know.

Let It Snow

It has been snowing pretty hard for a couple of hours now. I can only hope school is cancelled, or at least two hours late when I get up tomorrow morning. But considering the school's track record of never, and I mean never, cancels school. But I'm sure I'll still be disapointed tomorrow morning when I have to go to school.

Oh well, on to other things, like Away Laughing On A Fast Camel. For those readers out there who don't know this is the best teenage girl series book you will ever read. I've read the first four Confessions of Georgia Nicolson abd I thought that was the end of an amazing series until a couple of months ago when I was at Target and came across the 11th book. Since then the search has been on to find ALOAFC (away laughing on a fast camel). I haven't gotten around to staring it yet but I hope to quite soon. And I know a few of my friends have been waiting for this for a long time too. Which means I will be a hero come Monday. So I guess having school won't be so bad.

XOXO

The Count Down is On!

There are only 7 short school days left until I am set free for Christmas break. I have big plans for the 12 day break, such as reading, to keep me busy. I have a big stack of books to get through and hopefully I will.

But that's not the only exciting about Christmas break. I can't wait until the 24th to give (and yes) recieve. I really want a laptop, IPod, or Wii Fit with the latter being most likely. I also am hoping for a Barnes and Noble giftcard. There are so many book that I want to buy. Like the Hugar Games. Seriously, if you haven't read it yet get your hands on a copy. It may seem a little weird but Collins is such a good author. It's like you're actually there fighting for your life.

Well I'm off to my sister's hockey game,
Happy Holidays

My Top Ten

Every so often I think I'll sprinkle in a Top Ten list. Today I have the perfect list to start off my blog.
My Top Ten Favorite Series (this is in no specific order, that would be too hard)
1 Harry Potter
2 Twilight
3 Maximum Ride
4 A Bloody Jack Adventure
5 The Bartimus Series
6 Artimus (is that spelled right?) Fowl
7 Angus, Thongs, and Full Frontal Snogging
8 Sloppy Firsts
9 Eragon
10 and The Chronicles of Narnia (great a couple of years ago)

Also The Hungar Games is great. Once the second book comes out this will join the list.

I might think of some more series later but I think this is a good start.

Think this list is all wrong? leave me a comment telling me what you think.

What I'm reading

So since you are on this blog to know about books and other great stuff I thought I'd talk about some books. Right now I'm reading A Taste For Rabbit by Linda Zuckerman. I'm not very far into to it yet but I like it so far. It follows the story of Harry the fox whose village is starving, so he goes on a hunt for a rumored old fort where a colony of rabbits lived. That's about as far as I've gotten in it.

I'm also reading Pay It Forward by Catherine Ryan Hyde. I saw the movie a little while back and now am trying the book. It's a little slow getting started but I think I am going to like it. This one is about a teen boy who comes up with a plan to save the world as an extra credit social studies assignment. He helps three people and in turn they each help three other people.

So that's what I'm reading right now. If you have any comments or questions please be sure to post them. I love getting feed back!

Welcome to the blog

So here I go, creating my first ever post on my brand new blog.  The librarian at my school got me interested in one and now I finally have one.  My primary purpose for the blog is the rant and rave about great books I've read but I'm sure I will get side tracked along the way.  That's all I can think of right now, stop by again later when I'll have more posted. -
